How do I shop at
UCLshop.com?
Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse the catalogue, and click
on the "Add to basket" button to put your selected items into your shopping
basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Shopping basket"
and you will be able to view all of those items you have added to your
basket. If you are happy with the items displayed then click on checkout
where you will be asked for a few details that we require to be able to
satisfy your order.

I’m unable to
find the item, is there a way in which I can view the full range of items on
the website?
Yes – by clicking on the A to Z list button on the left hand side menu of
the website. This will give you a comprehensive list of all of the items
sold on the website.

I’m interested in an item that
is not currently sold on the website. How can I find out if UCL Shop stocks
that product?
You can find out by contacting UCL Shop directly. Even if the shop does not
stock an item you are interested in then we welcome your suggestions for
future items for consideration. Please
